Ordering Guide

Placing an order with New Era Print Solutions is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Thats right, its an easy 3 step checkout process. And once you've placed your first order, re-ordering new orders in the future is even more simple. This guide was designed to walk you through the order process and make your ordering experience a great one. Create an Account or Login

Here at New Era Printing Solutions we want to make sure that we give you the best quality product that matches exactly what you are looking for. In order for us to do this, we require that all users login to their account, or create an account prior to placing an order. You will see there is a link at the top of every page on our website that allows you to login to your account or create a new account.



Add Products To Your Shopping Cart

Once you're logged into your account, the first step is the fun part. You go shopping for the products you want to order. Browse our products and add the products you want to order to your cart.

Checkout Step 1: Complete Payment

Once you have all the items you want to order added to your cart, select your shipping method and if you have been given a promo code you can enter it on the My Cart page before you checkout. You can also change your shipping address on this page if you need to make changes to it. Once you are ready to make your payment and checkout you will need to click on the Pay with Credit Card or Pay with Paypal button.

Checkout Step 2: Confirmation of Order

After you have completed the payment for your order, you will see a confirmation screen letting you know your order has been received. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order at this point. The screen you are on now shows the option to Upload Files for your order, or to continue without uploading files. We recommend that you upload the print files for your order at this point. Note: If you want to do it later, you can always access the Upload files option by clicking on the My Account link from the top of any page on the NEPS website, and then from that screen, click on your order, and choose to upload the files.

Checkout Step 3: Upload Files

On the final step of the checkout process you can upload the files you wish to have printed for your order. You can upload multiple files on this screen.

Please Note:

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TURN AROUND TIMES.

SAME-DAY or NEXT-DAY SERVICE is available on certain products, please call our office and speak with a Sales Representative. Our posted turnaround times begin ONLY after an order has been "received". Orders are considered "received" and are put into production ONLY when the following conditions have been met:

� An ORDER has been processed online
� All files have been correctly submitted
� If applicable, the customer has approved the online proof and has given the go ahead to proceed with production
� Payment information has been provided

Please note that our cutoff is 12pm EST. Production will begin the following day for orders received after this time. Although we rarely miss production schedules, the printing and pre-press process involves equipment which is subject to malfunctions and/or equipment failure. We will always do everything in our power to make sure that any production problems do not delay your job. However, please note that ALL production and delivery times ARE NOT CONTRACTUAL and no turnaround time can be guaranteed. No verbal or written correspondence by anyone at NEPS can change that. Please try to plan date sensitive materials timely.
